Gledhow Mount Mansion is an early 19th Century country house, converted to offices in the 20th Century. Built by architect John Clark for the Leeds industrialist John Hives, It has been a Grade II Listed Building since 1978.

Country house, now offices. Early C19, converted C20. Ashlar, slate hipped roof. 2 storeys, 3 bays with 2,1,2 windows, central bay breaks forward slightly. Wide pilastered quoins. Central panelled double doors with overlight, Tuscan porch with entablature and cornice. Sash with glazing bars 1st floor centre has margin lights and architrave with entablature and cornice. Flanking windows also sashes (restored), recessed panels below ground-floor windows, deep 1st-floor band and sill band to upper-floor windows. Eaves cornice, central raised panel, 3 corniced stacks. Left return has 3 windows as front, 3-window rear wing left has plain sills and lintels and gutter brackets, tall corniced stacks. INTERIOR: not inspected.
