Returns & Refunds

We're sorry to hear you're not 100% happy with your purchase. Luckily ScandiBugs have a 28 day, quibble free return policy!

If you change your mind, simply tell us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You then have another 14 days to return the item to us after which we will credit your account.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

Please place the original delivery note inside the package and write your order number on the outside, this will ensure there are no delays in processing your return.

To start a return, please contact us at Please then send your return via Royal Mail to ScandiBugs, PO Box 551, Leeds, LS7 9EW. We recommend sending all returns using Royal Mail's Tracked or Signed For services.

If you are returning your product because it is faulty we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

Multibuy Discounts

If you return a single item bought as part of a multibuy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of the returned item less the total discount given in the offer (for example, if the items were each £15 if bought individually then the refund would be £15 for the single item returned minus the total discount offer of £10 = total refund of £5). I.e. the balance refunded will take into account the undiscounted price of the retained item/s.

DUNS Winter Promotion

If you return a DUNS Winter 2021 item bought in conjunction with other pieces bought with the exclusive 50% discount you will be refunded the full price of the returned item less the additional discount obtained as part of the multi buy offer. I.e. the balance refunded will take into account the non-exclusive discounted price of the retained item/s.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Purchases where a gift card has been used as full/part payment will only be refunded as a gift card.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
