Returns & Refunds

We're sorry to hear you're not 100% happy with your purchase. Luckily ScandiBugs has a no-fuss returns policy! To start a return, please contact us at hello@scandibugs.co.uk.

If you change your mind, simply tell us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You then have 14 days to return the item to us after which we will refund your original payment method. In the case of sale/reduced items, you must return your item within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Enhanced shipping options (e.g. Express, Guaranteed Next Day) are not refundable. Shipping will not be refunded on international orders returned to us as a result of unpaid duties or taxes.

Please write your order number on the outside of your return package, this will ensure there are no delays in processing your return.

To start a return, please contact us at hello@scandibugs.co.uk. Please then send your return to ScandiBugs, Suite 2, Gledhow Mount Mansion, Roxholme Grove, Leeds, LS7 4JJ. You are responsible for the item until it reaches us, as such we recommend sending via a tracked service and/or obtaining a certificate of postage.

 

Faulty and Damaged Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect. so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please contact hello@scandibugs.co.uk with full details of the issue.

In the event that an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note when the item arrives back to us, if it is not indeed faulty, the return shipping charge may be deducted from your refund.

Gift Cards

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns on gift cards. Purchases where a gift card has been used as full/part payment will only be refunded as a gift card.

 

Exceptions

For hygiene and safety reasons, pierced jewellery items, cosmetics and toiletries cannot be returned if unwrapped or unsealed unless faulty. Perishable items such as food cannot be returned. Swimwear and Underwear cannot be returned unless faulty. 

 

Multibuy and Minimum Spend Discounts

If you return a single item bought as part of a multibuy discount offer (for example 'buy 2 for £20.00') you will be refunded the full price of the returned item less the total discount given in the offer (for example, if the items were each £15 if bought individually then the refund would be £15 for the single item returned minus the total discount offer of £10 = total refund of £5). I.e. the balance refunded will take into account the non-discounted price of the retained items.

If by returning items your order falls below a minimum spend threshold of a discount applied your refund will reflect the pre-discounted price.
